Kyrsten Van Natta
About Kyrsten
Kyrsten Van Natta is a recent graduate with magna cum laude honors from Marist College where she studied public relations and sports communication. In addition to being a member of the Lambda Pi Eta communications honors society, Kyrsten was also Marist’s starting shortstop for her four-year tenure. She helped the Red Foxes win their second and third MAAC Championships in the 2013 and 2016 seasons.
During her senior year, Kyrsten was a co-captain and was named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year. She left Marist College owning the top spot in the school’s record books for both number of games played (219), as well as runs batted in (145). She is also in the top three for the following categories: homeruns (second overall with 30), hits (second overall with 211), runs scored (second overall with 157), stolen bases (second overall with 98), at-bats (second overall with 664), and doubles (third overall with 38).
